Our team has been arranging credit insurance and servicing the largest corporations in Bulgaria since 2011.

DIMITAR MIHAYLOV
Founder and General Manager
Dimitar has a master's degree in “International Relations” from Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski", Bulgaria and numerous specializations, including in Harvard Business School and over 15 years of experience in receivables protection and financing.
He has gained experience as a commercial director in the largest factoring on the Bulgarian market and in the past 11 years has lead the Bulgarian commercial teams of both Coface and Aon (until its' exit from the market in 2017).
His knowledge of structures, wordings and the long-term relationships he has developed in the credit insurance industry help us to negotiate the best terms for our clients.
RALITSA IVANOVA
Key Account Manager
Ralitsa has a master's degree in "International Business" from Universitat Ramon Llull, Barcelona and over 13 years of experience in receivables protection and financing.
She has 7 years of factoring experience in MKB Unionbank and United Bulgarian Bank, valuable view on insurers' credit analysis from her time in Coface, and 7 years as a credit insurance broker (1.5 of which in Aon until its' exit from the market in 2017).
Ralitsa brings deep understanding of wordings and practices to help clients make sense of the credit insurance complexity. Her support is invaluable when the insurance policy is combined with receivables financing. She is also our chief credit limits arbitration team member.
MILA VALTER
Key Account Manager
Mila has a master's degree in "Law" from Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski", Bulgaria and over 11 years of experience in receivables protection and amicable collection.
She started her career in Coface, where she rose to Head of Claims and Collection Department.
In 2016 she became a credit insurance broker in Aon (1 year before its' exit from the local market).
Mila contributes to structuring and implementing insurance terms that result in unmatched rate of successful claim payments on the policies we negotiate for our clients.
IRENA KRUSTEVA
Key Account Manager
Irena has over 17 years of experience in the insurance sector. Until 2012 she has been involved in servicing international key clients of Aon in Bulgaria. Her knowledge of international programs structures and standards brings value to our multinational and local clients.
In the last 10 years Irena has been fully dedicated to trade credit insurance as a broker and has participated in settling some of the largest credit insurance claims on the Bulgarian market.
